  location perfect; close to termini main train station and a few steps to vittorio emmanuel subway station. very clean, quiet and great staff (thanx sergio for everything; he helped us a lot) if you find a vacancy just book it. - Sergio is an excellent host.   Such a lovely b n b. The location is really nice - away from the busy streets of the centro storico. We felt like we were living with the locals but also had plenty nearby shops/restaurants. The staff were very lovely and made the effort to speak to us every day. The breakfast was amazing! A table full of fresh fruit, fresh juice, pastries and bre... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ad each day. We would come out of our room to it all set out for us - no impersonal buffet. We stayed on the 6th floor (reached by an authentic elevat - Great B&B, good location as most attractions reachable by foot, no noise, many restaurants close by. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I did not meet the owners eye to eye, but did ask few extra's to make my stay more special and they happily helped , I even got nicer room as expected ..I would definelly reccomend this place to stay in Rome..Thank you Mariana for beautiful breakfast :)

  Very kind people near metro open mind to help you room absolutly perfect breakfast also i want to return at this place when i will be again in Roma - whitout hesitation - Thanks so much for all - It was very cosey and the staff was super friendly.   Location was amazing ! Right near the tube station which is easy to get to everywhere ! - The location is very close to the roma termini station and a metro station. They provide typical and simple breakfast, a cup of coffee and a croissant. The staff is friendly and easy-going.
