  we liked their hospitality and friendliness. The hotel staff was very helpful. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The breakfast was wholesome and specially the person (?forgetting name) who used to serve us tea and cappuccino. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.

It was in a great location- across the street from a metro station that you could get on for a 5 minute trip to the duomo, across the street from the train station and only 3 or 4 blocks from one of the longest shopping streets in Milan. There are two (at least) computers in the hall that you can use for free.   We were surprised about the good value of this hotel which is in a walking distance of the central railway station. We didn't expect such a modern nice room (got luckily one on a very high floor with a look to the penthouse opposite). No noise from the street. The little old tramway stops only 100 mrs away.
