  I really liked the decor of the reception and also corridor. Room was pretty simple. I booked one room with two singles beds. There was a sink in a room, tv, wardrobe and phone + free wifi. Quite good location meaning very close distance to the Central Station and easy walk to the Cathedral Duomo.   Great location- just in front the central station with a metro, bus and tram stops just meter away and a nice self service restaurant, great design and spacious room for couple, very nice staff. I first was given a room for which is quite small but was upgraded to a bigger room because the tv didn׳t work without even asking, they just offer me. - ... vad folk säger » The staff, especially the hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. The room had a nice size and comfortable beds. The bathroom is very clean and modern. It's located across the trainstation "milano centrale", which is great for a short trip.

I would recommend this hotel for budgeted families.

  There is a very nice lady at the reception desk. She was very helpful. We were earlier but there was no problem to leave our bags in another room and go sightseeing. The room was clean, warm and we had hot water all the time. - the hotel is worthy the money they ask from guests

  Very good hotel for normal price. Good localization - only 3min walking distance to the main street in Milan with famous shops. About 7min of walking to railway station (and bus station). Very quiet area, no problem with sleeping (no noises outside) which is a big plus in such a big city which never sleeps. Bed linen and towels included in price. ... vad folk säger » Room was very clean. You could find few bakeries, restaurants and bars closely so no problem with finding something good to eat or drink. Hotel staff - The hotel is really good for the very modest price. We had everything we needed in the room including very cheap wifi. The room has a conditioner that is really useful in Italia. The room and bathroom are rather small but for this price I believe one wouldn't expect for a royal palace! The room completely suits the travellers who prefer sightseeing all day long - as we do!

  This hotel seems to attract a lot of criticism, which is rather unfair. Milan is an expensive city, and if you're expecting luxury for this price, you'll be disappointed. The location is fine (and is not dangerous or menacing as some have described...try London instead!)very convenient for the central station. Two metros nearby. It's a quiet area, but I would agree that you shouldn't wander arou - It was a nice journey. Hotel is situated close to the central station - Milano Centrale and about 100m from metro station named Caiazzo. For this prices I was suprised to have a such a good comfort. I didn't have a bathroom, but there was one in hallway. Nice view from a window, tv, ned and breakfast included. The owner asked me at which hour I want to eat breakfast, moreower you can choose the, coffee, cappuchino etc. He will bring it to your room :) I can truly recommend this hotel!

  Perfect for a budget friendly hotel for a couple nights. The room was very clean, not as small as I was expecting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was right around the corner from the Duomo, so the location was great.
