  Location - central to everything we did. Staff was top notch in everything with recommendations, directions, service. Loved the old-world feel of the place. Room was kept very clean. Loved the breakfast outside in the morning and people watching in the square. - I loved the Venetian decor, chandelier, hand painted furniture, corded drapes.   I made a reservation in this hotel for my parents. It was their wedding anniversary and the hotel's owner welcomed them by giving them a bottle of wine as a present. The service was incredibly awesome! Amazing breakfast, big and clean rooms, best location, and extremely nice and helpful staff. El ser - the location of this hotel is not difficult to find, and it is near to the water bus stop, so it is very convienent. And with about 15mins walk we can reach Piazza S. Marco and a few mins to Rialto. The decoration of the room is venetian style, eye-catching. Breakfast is good as well. Staff is average helpful

  Nice location, just besides the water bus stop.The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find. The staff are very kind, rooms are clean. We live in the top floor and from the window there you can see the bell tower in St. Marco square. The baby bed was perfect and the room itself was comfortable and very clean. The pensione is great value for money and ideally situated near the Rialto bridge.

  You are quite free to have your own preferences in foods: facilities for cooking are great. You feel quite relaxed as you are in your home and the beautiful venice has come to you! We were two young couples - one with a four year old child - and the appartment made our trip really easy.   Our trip to Venice was very enjoyable and relaxing, thanks to our accommodation at Corte 1321. The lady working at the time, whose name we unfortunately did not catch, was very warm and welcoming. She came out to the courtyard to greet us when we arrived - and had even waited until late evening for us to arrive after some train delays. We felt very com - We loved the place. It's a very well appointed place with excellent decor and furniture. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom shower area was really spacious. The Corte 1321 is located at the Rialto Bridge end of Venice with easy access to the Vaporetto stops. The host Maria was excellent and very knowledgable and helpful, our kids thought she was wonderful.
