  excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

Very nice location for seeing Venice. 2 minutes from Grand Canal if you arrive on vapporetto, there is an excess to the canal near the hotel entrance (30 metres) if you arrive by water taxi.
