  excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

  The staff were fantastic: friendly, obliging, and went the extra mile whenever we asked for anything. The hotel is small but our room was quite large. The whole place is well kept, comfortable and, coupled with the warm service, has a very homely feel. It is 2 mins walk to St. Marks Sq and about 4-5 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge. Having said that... vad folk säger » , the street is not a throughway so no crowds passing by. Perfect! - The layout is such that all of our three rooms were a few steps from where the owner or other staff were seated. They were very attentive to our needs, We came in two groups and both needed help finding the place. In both cases the staff found us and guided us to the hotel.

  Very nice clean room in the center of Venice. We got map and the hotel owner told us, where should we go, recommended some restaurants.... The breakfast was also nice, served in the room: coffee, juice, buns, croissant/muffin, butter, jam, cheese, joghurt. We, two girls, liked the room and service very much and would stay again there. Wifi was als... vad folk säger » o available, signal was not so strong in the room, but who really needs internet on holiday? - Nice, cosy room with air conditioning. We had very friendly staff who told us where good local restaurants and tourist attractions were. The best thing about this hotel was the location, very close (5 minute walk) from St Mark's Square. Considering this, the price per night was also pretty good value

  - Location is amazing, everything is right at the doorstep , 1 min to Piazza San Marco and 5 min walk to rialto bridge - Our room was very big, taking into account that we were in Venice - the breakfast was served in the room, and for us it was a pleasure; it could need some improvements, but it is fine for a nice start - The room was well desig... vad folk säger » ned, with comfortable bed and very clean; fresh towels every day - the staff was lovely - wifi worked very well during our 3 days trip - very good pri - Location was amazing, everything is right at the doorstep - shops, watertaxis, a perfect location. Staff were lovely and friendly, super helpful. The room and furniture is beautiful Venetian design. The bed was so comfortable, which is very important after a long day of shopping and sightseeing, so we slept well. I would definitely stay here again as it made our whole experience of Venice even more special. There is no lift in the hotel but don't let this put you off - we had 2 suitcases at 25k

  From the pictures, I thought this would be a hole-in-the-wall in a back alley. Not true! Very nice apartment in a perfect location! Easy to find, 100 meters from the water taxi with helpful staff to check us in. Right above a plethora of restaurants, shops and close to a convenience store. Right around the corner from the Rialto Bridge. The apartm... vad folk säger » ent had a queen bed in the bedroom, a full sized sofa-sleeper and an extra single fold-a-way concealed in a dresser. - It is a very modern, clean and spacious apartment. There is no better location! Only 1min. walk to the Rialto Bridge! The transport to there is fantistic and nearby! The only thing that was not nice, our cruise were in Venice at 7h00 and we have to wait until 14h30 to get into the apartment! For me it was also over-priced! There is no washing masjien!
