  Everything is just fine - location, service and breakfast. Also the landlady is a very kind person. It's quiet, tidy and clean.   As we had a car, this was an ideal place for visiting Portovenere and Cinque Terre. All of the hotels located in La Spezia, Portovenere, Cinque Terre were either expensive or had low ratings and reported parking problems, so we chose Casali Romei in Sarzana as our base.   The BB is located perfectly between Lerici and San Terenzo. You can take the bus right outside the BB. Or you can walk down the hill to both villages, which we did. Although we didn't have a balcony of our own, there is a lovely terrace where we sat, chilled, and enjoyed the spectacular views.   The Doria Park's staff were very friedly and helpful. They spoke English very well and were very accommodating. They had a fabulous buffet breakfast. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and very clean. There was plenty of parking and the views overlooking the town of Lerici and the Ligurian Sea were breathtaking. We had to stay an extra day and they were able to accommodate our r - Hotel is set up high on the hill and has a beautiful view of marina and square and partial of the castle but it was only a short walk to both. The room was average in size but the bed was the most comfortable of all the ones we had during our three week stay in Italy. Quiet room and nice bathroom with a robe. Great breakfast in a nice setting. Staff was very helpful especially when we needed to buy and print out train tickets.
