Very nice hotel with classic style (pretty rooom with good furniture and bath room). Located on quiet street, about 10 minutes walk to the borders of old city. There was swedish breacfast. Friendly staff also helped with economy parking places. Near the hotel some shops (for it was better than empty trip to outlet near Florence), trattorias, and Coop supermarket.

We had difficult time locating property (altho we were traveling with no
phone, computer,GPS). Purposely booked south of the Arno as we did not
want to deal with ztl in town. Property is pretty much straight south of
Ponte Vecchio - about a 15-20 min walk but Bus 36/37 runs right past
property. Fare us 1.20 Euro for 90 minutes on/off of buses.

We all met Simone and my brother met Paolo and they are great. The place is cute and the garden is beautiful. It is extremely easy to reach city centre by bus and they give you all the information you may need. The room with a pc, books and coffee machine was a good surprise. If going to Firenze again, will definitely stay there.

Excellent location as it was a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and a nice walking distance to all major attractions. We asked for a room facing the courtyard/cathedral during booking after seeing a review on letsbookhotel.com, and the hotel gave us a room on the top most floor with the best possible view :) Air conditioned room with soundproof windows. Breakfast is definitely worth the money for 5 euros per person. Laundromat and mini supermarket on same street. Good strong wifi.

The hotel is a nice mix of modern and old. The rooms are nicely appointed-the bed is relatively comfortable. The breakfast was quite good and the breakfast area is nice-particularly if you can sit in the courtyard. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it sits right in the Piazza so it was a great launching point. The room was quiet because it did not face the Piazza so keep this in mind when booking.
