  The Hotel was walking distance of the Duomo and other famous sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful with local info and maps. Shopping there was great at the Mercato Centrale. - Staff 100% friendly and helpful. Very central location.

  It's a really nice little hotel in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very nice and helpful staff, free parking on the street in front of the hotel (in Florence parking is a nightmare, and for free it's hard to find parking at all).   Very clean facilities. Shared bathroom good facility. Helped not having other rooms full at the same time. 4 rooms sharing one bathroom. Breakfast having juice and hot drinks available - good part but rest too minimal and unhealthy to be a good draw card for staying in future.
