Very nice and helpful staff, free parking on the street in front of the hotel (in Florence parking is a nightmare, and for free it's hard to find parking at all).   Very clean facilities. Shared bathroom good facility. Helped not having other rooms full at the same time. 4 rooms sharing one bathroom. Breakfast having juice and hot drinks available - good part but rest too minimal and unhealthy to be a good draw card for staying in future.
