  Lovely staff. Especially the waiter guy who was always there. Decent breakfast. Really nice Neapolitan restaurant nearby. Also a nice wine bar close. The beach was clean and good for the children. Pool was quiet during our stay, mostly only us there. Easy and cheap to go to Rome. - The principle rooms, lobby, patio, pool were wonderful. The cafe... vad folk säger » and bar on site reasonable and pleasant. The breakfast was, by normal Italian standards a feast and very good. Parking is good and the location convenient. The bathroom was well thought out.

  Owner was very nice and helpful. Hotel was located 800m from the train station and easy to walk to but it was rather hard on the pull along suite case as the pavement was rough and uneven. I broke off one wheel before and had to buy an expensive replacement suite case in Stockholm.   The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave us a lift into Anzio and made us sandwiches for our journey home. The hotel has great views and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was a welcome asset as it was very hot during our stay. The pool was great, very clean.
