  Lovely staff. Especially the waiter guy who was always there. Decent breakfast. Really nice Neapolitan restaurant nearby. Also a nice wine bar close. The beach was clean and good for the children. Pool was quiet during our stay, mostly only us there. Easy and cheap to go to Rome. - The principle rooms, lobby, patio, pool were wonderful. The bathroom was well thought out.

  Owner was very nice and helpful. Hotel was located 800m from the train station and easy to walk to but it was rather hard on the pull along suite case as the pavement was rough and uneven. I broke off one wheel before and had to buy an expensive replacement suite case in Stockholm.   The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave us a lift into Anzio and made us sandwiches for our journey home. The hotel has great views and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was a welcome asset as it was very hot during our stay. The pool was great, very clean.   A lovely hotel, with great service, comfortable rooms and a rooftop pool. The rooms are spacious, with a good repair, air conditioning and a great bathroom, a safe. The hotel has a lovely wi-fi. Wonderful beach against th - Excellent hotel, very good location for a quiet vacation. A little bit far away from the city center, 40 minutes walk, but beach in front of the hotel is much better than in the center. Special thank to owners of the hotel - great family, lovely, friendly and always willing to help. The hotel room was very good, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious, it should be mentioned homemade pastries and good coffee. It is the best hotel in Anzio. I am highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

  The staff was excellent! They arranged a very good breakfast for me on the terrace and helped me arrange taxi when I needed one. They don't speak much english, but we made it work anyways. I slept with balcony door open and it was quiet and peaceful during the night. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, nice balcony, very comfortable bed and pillow! Very nice owner who can help you in case of troubles. The breakfast is an italian style sweet breakfast, very tasty and good enough. Near the villa there is a restarant, not expensive and very good, but they don't speak english, menu is in italian!

  Enjoyed the rustic quality and age of the building and grounds, it was clear that this was a true Italian neighborhood building.   the staff were most helpful and very friendly. the hotel and location was perfect for what i wanted for the vacation. i would not recommend Anzio for pedestrian tourists,due to lack of public transport,but my stay in casa vacance elliante was superb. - Couldn't fault the apartment.   Our two day visit coincided with their first day of operation this year and the weather was lousy. But the place was so nicely appointed and the host so accomodating that we completely enjoyed our stay. Our host Rino put out a complete and delightful breakfast and then allowed us to use his large diniing table all day to assemble a picture puzzle.... vad folk säger » The building was completely remodeled only two years ago and is kept immaculate. The internet was supplied by cable to the small desk in our room (fa - B & B is situated outside Anzio, but there is both train and bus connexion to town. Nice beach vith fish restaurants. Fantastic sunsets. Clean and nice decorated rooms. Very nice garden. Very good and plentiful breakfast vith home baked very tastyful tarts. The owners very friendly and helpfull.
