  Very peaceful and lovely environment, embedded in smoothly hilly countryside with view to Perugia and the Valle D'Umbria. Accommodation and the surrounding remain in very good condition - appartement, pool, garden. The owner looks after it very carefully. Alessio is a very amiable person who takes very much care of his guests. We again fully enjoy... vad folk säger » ed the stay for the second time. - Practically everything. We spent there two weeks and it was so far our best stay in Italy. The owner of the place Alessio with his family was very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved him from the first day.

I did an impromptu luncheon on the 3rdfloor balconey, which was organized by Carmella a receptionist at thefront desk, which was both good value and an oustanding success. - Being able to hand over the keys of our car on arrival and then asking for it the next day - wonderful. No hassle. The position of the hotel on ... vad folk säger » high ground next to the old town was excellent. Made the walk out in the evening very easy. The hotel was pleasant and the pool great fun. Wound have preferred the small tearoom to have been open during our stay. The view from there was a delight.
