  The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, though some were a bit slow in understanding. The pool was great too. Location is great if you want to visit Prambanan and Borobudur. Food in the restaurant was good and very cheap too.   The Sheraton is a visually beautiful hotel - if you don't look close. The design, layout, gardens and views are all perfect. My room had a view of the gardens, pools and Mt. Merapi. The staff went out of the way to make sure I was having a good time. The rooms are large and airy but very worn down. Things didn't work from arrival to my departure. ... vad folk säger » Things were forgotten like towels. I would still stay here again as the plus was bigger than the minus. - the hotel building and the garden as well as swimming pool is very impressive, the breakfast was also great, the hotel is located outside the city, which could both plus and minus, however you my easily reach city in less than 20 minutes by taxi for max 7$
