  I loved the way the staff got to know us and took such great care of us . The villas are just beautiful with such attention to detail . They are clean and spacious with stunning pools . It was my 50th birthday and the staff made a fuss of me . Sun bath deck chairs are provided! They have everything provided inc mosquito repellant lotion and mosquito coil etc. Staff was very friendly.

  Very nice hotel with a large pool and lots of sun beds for sun bathing. There was a nice pool bar with a good choice of snacks. Comfortable room which was very clean. Great breakfast with a good choice. We only stayed in the hotel one night but there did seem to be plenty of organised activities in the hotel. We were delighted to find that office for the Scoot fast ferry service to Gilli T is conveniently located directly opposite - staff is wonderful with the (very high) Balinese standards of friendliness and helpfulness. All the facilities are ok: pool, spa, gym, internet connection, bar. Excellent breakfast buffet. Bus connection to the other linked hotels with bigger pools, daycare for children.

  The facilities and apartments are great for a family holiday. The two pools are located on the sides of one of the buildings and there is always one that provides shade (or sun!). The playground and kids club provided great variety of activities. It is easy to reach the big supermarket and shops by foot, about a 5-10 min walk, once you find the ri... vad folk säger » ght path at the back enterance. The apartments are big and spacious. Nice buffet breakfast. The gym is small and could do with an uppgrade, but it is - Fantastic kids club. Great friendly staff.First impression on busy main road. However, once inside no noise from road and venture out the back gate on tiny road for few minutes walk into central Sanur and the beach, excellent! Fantastic 'DIY' bbq where all we had to do was cook and eat, the staff provided all food and cleaned up after!

  The management and staff were extremely lovely and helpful. We booked a double bedroom first and when we got there there a was problem with toilet and we were upgraded to a family room. Air-condition was broken in the family room and it was fixed in a minutes. The room was very clean. They have 3 small pools which is good enough to relax and cool ... vad folk säger » down. The hotel is just 1-minute walking from shops, restaurants and caffes. The beach is at the front of the hotel where you can hire a boat for 10-2 - We feel regret to not stay here more than this (just only 1 night). We arrived here at 7.30 pm (after shopping), then raining in the morning. If I knew that, this would be a good one. I will stay here all three nights (I mean after trip for all day, then running to the beach, how excellent!!) By the way,master room that closed to open bathroom so don't forget to closed to door, because of the open bathroom(shower) will bring a lot of mosquito while you were sleeping
