I loved the way the staff got to know us and took such great care of us
. The villas are just beautiful with such attention to detail . They are
clean and spacious with stunning pools . It was my 50th birthday and the
staff made a fuss of me . They even gave me a present and a card signed
by all the team . a beautiful stay -

To-die-for modern accommodations - gorgeous villas enclosed in
individual privacy walls, your own personal pool, cabana, lounge area
(covered and uncovered both, several lounge chairs, bar/kitchen area
with refrigerator, table, etc.) Honeymooners would never have to emerge
from their villa. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. -

Very nice hotel with a large pool and lots of sun beds for sun bathing. There was a nice pool bar with a good choice of snacks.
Comfortable room which was very clean.
Great breakfast with a good choice.
We only stayed in the hotel one night but there did seem to be plenty of organised activities in the hotel.

staff is wonderful with the (very high) Balinese standards of friendliness and helpfulness. All the facilities are ok: pool, spa, gym, internet connection, bar. Excellent breakfast buffet. Bus connection to the other linked hotels with bigger pools, daycare for children.

The facilities and apartments are great for a family holiday. The two
pools are located on the sides of one of the buildings and there is
always one that provides shade (or sun!). The playground and kids club

Fantastic kids club. Great friendly staff.First impression on busy main road. However, once inside no noise from road and venture out the back gate on tiny road for few minutes walk into central Sanur and the beach, excellent! Fantastic 'DIY' bbq where all we had to do was cook and eat, the staff provided all food and cleaned up after!

The management and staff were extremely lovely and helpful. We booked a
double bedroom first and when we got there there a was problem with
toilet and we were upgraded to a family room. Air-condition was broken
in the family room and it was fixed in a minutes. The room was very
clean. They have 3 small pools which is good enough to relax and cool

caffes. The beach is at the front of the hotel where you can hire a boat
for 10-2 -
We feel regret to not stay here more than this (just only 1 night). We arrived here at 7.30 pm (after shopping), then raining in the morning. If I knew that, this would be a good one. I will stay here all three nights (I mean after trip for all day, then running to the beach, how excellent!!)
By the way,master room that closed to open bathroom so don't forget to closed to door, because of the open bathroom(shower) will bring a lot of mosquito while you were sleeping

I think people should be realistic about this Hotel when writing reviews. The beach and the sea have nothing to do with the hotel and are a part of nature if the sea is shallow there is nothing the hotel can do about it! Having got that off my chest this hotel is fantastic and very well run, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is out of this world and the speed of the internet is very good not slow reasonably fast. the rooms are very comfortable and towels provided clean and
