  First time in 4 months I have had a proper hot shower in India. The wifi worked well in my room, I did not have to go looking for a hot spot. The location is great, right near the main ghat, and I was actually taken and shown where I could eat, where to get autos, how to find my way back to hotel. I was able to leave my luggage and use room facilities for no extra cost in the afternoon, as I had a night train. I fe - I had a wonderful staying in Ganges Inn, and I found the place very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff, on a wonderful location if your plans are to stay very close to the main Gaths on the Ganges river. I've visited as a solo female traveller and also I felt extremely safe. I definitely would recommend it for anyone who wants to experience Varanasi.

  We had a wonderful stay in this nice, family run guesthouse in the middle of Varanasi`s Oldtown. From the moment we walked in, we really felt at home there. We stayed in one of their ac rooms which was spacious and really quiet. The roof top view is amazing!!!   The staff at this hotel are fabulous! We arrived and just put ourselves in their hands, they are trustworthy and caring and for the first time in India I felt so relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble from train tickets to really good tours. The receptions/breakfast area is a wonderful place to make friends and the food is great too. We were so glad... vad folk säger » we found this hotel. - We stayed at this hotel for two nights more precisely for around 43 hours. It was a nice stay. The staff were excellent and very much cooperative. We really felt at home. Local sight seeings were nicely arranged by them. The food was absolutely perfect. If anybody really likes to stay within homely care I really recommend this hotel.
