  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe.   Fabulous Hotel. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms spotless. In an excellent location 5 minutes walk from the Opera House, 5 minutes to main shopping area. We got excellent value as we were staying for more than 4 nights. Hotel staff urgently arranged them and the driver delivered them to us to the train station some minutes before our train departure.

  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  As we were travelling with three relatively small children and wanted to explore Budapests historical and turist spots we were extremely happy about the location of the app. The app was perfectly clean and plesently furnitured. This was the first time we decided for app and not hotel accomodation and I would recommend it to couples with smaller ch... vad folk säger » ildren. Ideal for family stay in Budapest! - We had a four bedroom apartment and it worked out great!! It had two bathrooms and we were all very comfortable. Also, when we did have some problems with our apartment (I.E. shower drain not working, toilet dripping and causing the floor to be wet), staff were very helpful. The staff were great!! Overall, we had a very positive experience.
