Delightful staff, lady concierge very helpful and help us to plan our days to make the most of our stay . Restaurant recommendations were good too.We had a river view which although more expensive well worth it. Fabulous Hotel. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms spotless. In an excellent location 5 minutes walk from the Opera House, 5 minutes to main shopping area. Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.
The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.

arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from
Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

Läget var mycket bra, bara att promenera till allt vi ville se. Frukost för en person på rummet räckte lätt till två personer om man kryssade i många rutor på beställningen. AC gick att justera som man ville. - Extremt bra läge.

The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat.
Using the special rates on letsbookhotel.com means that this is excellent value - we even got a room upgrade despite paying the basic rate!!

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

Everything!!! From the beginning we felt very comfortable! It's a really nice apartment with all you need to live. Students take care of the organization. Dave and Daniel were great! THey were very friendly and helpful getting us settled in. THe apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. he amenities (bar, spa) were also nice features. The location seems a bit seedy but that is only outward appearance. It is a great central location with a lot to see and do within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!
