Superior apartment with entrance to the private roof terrace from living- and bedroom was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It gives a relaxing and private stay at the residential building. The apartment was clean, nice and convenient for a solo or couples and it is recommended from my side and will definetly consider it in my future visits to Budapest......Adding an intercom for the main door would be great and tall people should take care of their heads due to the low ceiling of the bedroom (duplex). This is really fantastic apartment. Very well equipped (microwave, tea-coffe mackers, toaster, owen....) spotlessly clean, satelite tv, stereo, air condition, wirless wifi, welcome bottle of wine. 2 big supermarkets (tesco and spar) on the street. 5 minutes walk to metro line, bus station infront of the apartment. Jewish quater just behind the apartment with lot of restaurants and bars.Owner Francesco is great....you will never regret renting this apartment.

We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

From the time that we arrived, everything went smoothly at the Fraser
Residence. The staff were always attentive if anything was needed. Two
different metro stops were close by so it made it easy to get to the

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.
