  We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! He happily took us to our room, showed u... vad folk säger » s around and even went to the parking lot around the corner and waited for the guy to arrange a space for us! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.

  For the price the hotel was suitable. However the room was quite different from description at the time of booking - no bath and small room. I am nearly sure they also mentioned a kitchen area. I liked the location it was about a 15-20 walk from the very center of the city which I liked, it was in a trendy neighborhood and the walk was very enjoya... vad folk säger » ble but again on the description it stated it was in the city center. Therefore a good location for young couples. However it was very clean and good - Stayed there for the second time. After visiting other hotels at a higher rate with less convenience, I found this hotel was quite a good one. If you reach there by train, take m2 and just one stop to Blaha Lujza ter. Walk along Jozsef korut towards Baross U. Take about 10 mins. If you reach by plane, take bus no. 200E from airport to the last stop. Then take the metro m3 to station Kalvin ter. About 7-min walk to reach the hotel.

  Den underbara frukosten. Jag har rest mycket och bott på många hotell världen över men aldrig sett en sådan enorm och välsmakande frukost. Likadant med middagarna. Absolut fantastiska. Så gott och mycket att välja ifrån. Bara++++ - Frukostbuffé var riktigt bra, läget var utmärkt - lätt att ta sig in till centrum med 2:ans spårvagn. Rekommenderas

  We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later. Don't go to the little extra island in winter though- it's al - The apartment was in a convenient location, clean, spacious and comfortable. It was equipped for all our basic needs and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our "home from home" during our 3 days in Budapest and would definitely aim to stay here again on any future visit to Budapest. The breakfast in the morning is another highlight. - We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!

  Just about everything. The apartment was compact, but well organized and there was a place to put everything. Kitchen was small but complete; even had napkins and paper towels. Location, though a bit rough in appearance on the outside, was great. Close to sights, transit and a great area for dining. Gabor did wash and dry for us as we needed - The bedroom was quite spacious with an enormous wardrobe, a comfortable bed, a big desk and a dinner table. The kitchen, separated from the bedroom, was fully and carefully equipped. All the little details had been observed. A comfortable and functional bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location.

  Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och vänlig. Frukosten var bra.Hotellet ligger mycket bra och centralt till med närhet tillspårvagn, buss och Metro - Bra kommunikationer, både spårvagn och tunnelbana till hotellet. Hotellet ligger även i en tyst gata med lite trafik så man sov bra.

Localization- city center, close to restaurants, touristic atractions- amazing restaurant at the same street- opposite to the one with buffet. 2. placed in an historic building( do not pay attention to the entrance;-)) 1st floor with no elevator but not a problem. 3. very helpfull and taking care receptionists.4. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)

  Good value for the money. Location was great. Our window was watching at "Andrassy ut", one of the main streets of the city, street with all the famous brands stores. Breakfast was also excellent and the room is very modern, with bath instead of shower which I was used to on my trips. The location is excellent. The room was spacious, newly renovated & nicely decorated. It is in the city centre with the good connectivity to the public transport. The breakfast was good.
