  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the bathroom supplied with everything you need (1 minor problem). The location was perfect for exploring the city..very central.   det var rent och fint. för barnfamiljer säkert bra. - staff is young,fun and extremely helpful in just about anything...hotel is very new,modern,easy to get around inside,location is the best,right in the center of everything,even walking distance...restaurant is very hip,food is gourmet at affordable prices...there is even a garage in the basement... vad folk säger » and the rooms have balconies,which is usually rare in budapest hotels that are in the city center - What I liked during my stay at the Queen's Court Hotel and Residence was great location because you can go everywhere by foot.However it has underground garage which was very useful.Silver suite where we stayed had a lot of comfort and it was tidied. Facilities includes sauna, indoor swimming pool and jacuzi.These can make you relaxed after long-hour walks.I strongly recommend this hotel.

  Fabulous Hotel. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms spotless. In an excellent location 5 minutes walk from the Opera House, 5 minutes to main shopping area. We got excellent value as we were staying for more than 4 nights. We forgot some of our items in the room when leaving hotel and discovered it only on the train station. Hotel staff urgently arranged them and the driver delivered them to us to the train station some minutes before our train departure.

  The Location was great in the centre of the city. View Minutes walk to the Danube river, Basilika Church and Parliament. 7 Minutes Walk to the Opera. The shopping mail and lot nice restaurants near by. This Hotel is absolute wonderful!!! The Staff in the Reception and in all the Hotel was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was wonderful.We enjoyed every minute, stay in this Ho - Really nice room and relatively spacious - about 30 sq m. Breakfast in the hotel is very tasty. All products are very fresh. They make very good coffe, orange fresh and various eggs and creps made for you. Lunch&dinner dishes are excellent. Especially fish of the day and goat cheese salad. Bathroom is very nice and comfortable. Bed is really big and nice. Good location in the center.I liked the attitude. Very willing and attentive stuff.

  We upgraded to an executive room and it was lovely. Absolutely the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. We had a magnificent view over the Danube and the breakfast and evening facilities in the executive lounge were second to none. We had a lovely meal in Peppers restaurant and they had a very talented singer and piano player to entertain us. It was our first - This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.

  Läget - The Hotel's location, just by the mall, specially with the inside door thru mall which one we could easily go to without getting outside during those coldest days. The king bed and shower were amazing. - sleep ;)

  The hotel is located very conveniently in the heart of budapest with access to metro, bus and tram right outside the door. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. We stayed in a superior room which comes with a huge balcony and provides a beautiful view of the adjacent streets and buildings. And the room itself was beautiful!   The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
