The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby.
The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

The hotel is located very conveniently in the heart of budapest with access to metro, bus and tram right outside the door.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. We stayed in a superior room which comes with a huge balcony and provides a beautiful view of the adjacent streets and buildings. And the room itself was beautiful!

We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. Bra hotell, fick vad jag förväntade mig. Vi tog dock inte frukostbuffen utan gick istället och åt på några närligande fik. Hotellet ligger bra till det är nära till mycket. Bara 10 min promenad till pest och 10 min promenad till slottet. Fin utsikt från hotellet. - Mycket bra och service inriktad personal.
