  Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Free bike rental. Located reasonably close to lake, town centre, bus and train stations. Lovely little building, we saw other tourists stop on the street to photograph it. Room had balcony.   Our standard room had direct (shared) access to a nice balcony with view of the surrounding countryside. Despite the heat and lack of AC, room temperature was OK during the night with windows/doors open - everything was perfect!
