  Everything was great! Nice staff, pretty good breakfast, nice apartments, not luxury ones, but no problem with them, and our apartment was cleaned every day! The center is a little far away (but not so far as it looks), on the other hand you can taste fine wines a couple of steps away.   Number to the opposite side from the lake isn't worse than with view of the lake. The lake all the same isn't visible. It at all doesn't bad feeling.
