  We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! He happily took us to our room, showed u... vad folk säger » s around and even went to the parking lot around the corner and waited for the guy to arrange a space for us! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.

  the staff were very helpful n efficient. location was excellent. the morning buffet spread was very expansive too. - The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well connected with metro, bus and trams and commuting was easy. I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Budapest again.

  Both main Reception staff was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to offer suggestions and advice. Room was clean and air con efficient.   The apartment manager – Mr. Csaba was very nice and helpful. He is always trying to find a better solution for the customer. We were there during the World dog show and he prepared the welcome gifts for our dogs. The apartment was big enough, full of day light, with big balcony, with full equipped kitchen and bathroom.
