  Hotellet ligger på en höjd med vacker utsikt och utan störande trafik. Beläget ca 10 min promenad till den långa fina sandstranden Agia Pareskevi. Boende med hög standard. Städning varje dag och byte av sänglinne och handukar var tredje dag. Mycket rent och fräscht. Värdparet gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en bra vistelse hos dem. The owners were very nice and helpful, greeted us with some refreshments and a map of the island and gave us plenty of tips and directions. - Very friendly oweners who were extremely helpful and hospitable. Apartment cleaned to a very high standard. Great sea view from apartment. Drinks and biscuits on arrival was very nice. Air conditioning included in price was good.

Firstly the owners are amazing, very welcoming and unbelievably obliging. They will pick you up from the port, run you to Glossa, organise a car rental to the hotel. Views to die for, and a standard of rooms and fittings that far surpassed anything we have seen in this price range. The red night light on the bench in the bedroom with the marine shells and pebbles was great. A - The fresh home-made bakeries every morning, the excellent view both from our room and from the dining balcony. The birds and the fishing in the harbour. To watch the boat traffic in the Loutraki bay. To be one of the few tourists in the area. The nature at Skopelos.

  The Ostria is a fantastic choice. If you read reviews, people return year after year and I can see why; we will. We are a group of friends with children and we all had a wonderful and relaxing time and especially loved the pool area in the day. The surroundings are peaceful during the day and night and the views are - We had a wonderful week. The family and staff couldnt do enough to help, and the fact that most of the other guests were repeat visitors gives you an idea of what people think. Breakfast was nice, the pool is superb, rooms are fairly basic but exceptionally clean. We had a very large balcony, and a small kitchen area that again was basic but very clean and did the job. The beach is 2 minute walk away. Yes, you have to cross a road, but its not the M1! (We had a 3 year old and a 1 year old in a

  Upon the arrival the room was waiting for us, spotless clean, Mrs Matina was waiting for our arrival to greet us and make sue we had anything we needed. Breakfast was simple and sufficient (please try out Matina's cheesepie). It is in walking distance to the nearest beach of Stafylos and excellent links to other parts of the islands as the bus service - We have visited the island of Skopelos in September and everything was perfect. The weather was amazing and the food was the best we have had in years. We have no words for the hospitality of Matina. She was our Greek mother during our stay. She cooked our breakfast every morning and she had the best suggestions for side visits and attractions always with a smile in her face. We will get back for sure...

  We stayed at this lovely hotel as we were travelling around the Greek islands. It is situated at the top of the ring road around town. You can walk there from the harbour, its a bit of a slog on foot,up hill all the way, its a good work out but all of the old town is like this. Very quaint narrow streets, whitewashed.   I really liked the excellent view from the balcony - Hotel manager rang our home in Australia to advise they would pick us up from the airport - how nice is that? Rooms quiet and a bit of a walk to town, though we hired a scooter from nearby and didn't walk.

  Wonderful view, quiet place, very clean, the family is very helpful. Closed to the hotel there are many taverna, supermarket, beaches..we loved our vacation in Kolios View Studios. - Excellent Sea-View from all rooms of the hotel.   Everything was great! The two of us paid € 90 for 3 days which is a great price for a huge apartment with a well equipped kitchen and a big balcony. The apartment was perfectly clean. A good tip: rent a motorbike or a quad and explore the island and its beaches. - Great hospitallity!The best guest house!
