Staff was great. The girl at the reception was the best personnel I have ever encountered. She took great care of us and our baby. Very positive person and always eager to help. This is one of the nicest places we stayed in Greece. Despite speaking no English at all the hosts (parents of the owners who were looking after the place for low season) could not have been more friendly or welcoming. All the facilities are modern and new. When we needed something translated the owners were called and we talked to them on the phone. We had the tower room at the top and it was wonderful with windows looking out all sides.

Maison Viros is a lovely place to stay. It is 2 minutes walk from the village and 250m from the sea so ideally placed. Modern, clean, comfortable hotel in all respects. There is a good beach right in front of the hotel so actually no need to use the pool which was also nice. We stayed 2 nights and as we were travelling quite a bit during the day (do go to Mystras), we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights which was very convenient.

The Mani Peninsula is rural and beautiful and well away from the normal holiday locations. Citta dei Nicliani is an enchanting retreat run by one caring family who really do understand the meaning of making the stay memorable. Anezina and Nikolas were fantastic hosts and always went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable and fun. Lovely apartment and balcony, fantastic views, friendly welcome, great local knowledge, easy to park, WiFi, etc etc - from the moment we arrived we felt completely at home and very well looked after. We had everything we needed and the apartment is superbly situated at the top of the town. We'll definitely be back. Anezina and Nikolas were so thoughtful throughout - it was wonder
