We stay 2 adults + 2 children (9+12) for only one night in the way from Preveza to Poros during the end of august. Location: A quit place with great air ~30 min from the beach road (Xylokastro).

Yiannis, the owner, was very friendly,helpful and ready to attend all
our needs. Ask him anything you want and he will provide it. The
breakfast was just amazing. We could not eat all that was available to
us. Almost everything was home made. We were surprised when we were
about to go, he gave us plenty of herbs freshly cut from his garden and
a complementary bottle of fresh cow's milk. We would recommend it to
anyone who is willing to experience Greek hospitality at its best:)

Very clean, spacious, and very well equiped apartments! Definitelly above all other rooms in the price category during our stay in Greece (early October). This hotel really reminds me on the 4/5 stars except of 1 fact: it has great kitchen :-). Wifi worked well in the lobby and the owner told us that next year, it will be also in the rooms (the hotel's specific structure makes the task a bit more complex). Covered parking (great for our motorbikes). Quiet and nice view from balcony. Good tavern

Staff was great. The girl at the reception was the best personnel I have ever encountered. She took great care of us and our baby. Very positive person and always eager to help. This is one of the nicest places we stayed in Greece. Despite speaking no English at all the hosts (parents of the owners who were looking after the place for low season) could not have been more friendly or welcoming. All the facilities are modern and new. When we needed something translated the owners were called and we talked to them on the phone. We had the tower room at the top and it was wonderful with windows looking out all sides.

Maison Viros is a lovely place to stay. It is 2 minutes walk from the village and 250m from the sea so ideally placed. The rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful, and the restaraunts were very good. It was within walking distance of the site, but it was a long hill to climb to get back to the hotel. - Probably one of our very best hotel experience in Greece: clean, easy to park, friendly and efficient staff, very good food, very good value for money !
