  My wife and I stayed at the Royal Hotel the last night of our stay in Greece. We were looking for someplace close to the airport, due to our early morning flight. We were pleasantly surprised when, upon check-in, we were informed that we had been upgraded to a "Sea view room", which included breakfast, however, due to the fact that we would be... vad folk säger » leaving before 5:00 am, the restaurant would not be open, so the front desk personel arranged to have a box breakfast for my wife and I. We were inv - The staff! They are absolutely the best. Even before we arrived, they made themselves available via email to answer all sorts of questions as well as offer very helpful advice. Those interactions made us feel as if we had friends waiting to greet us in Greece. This was especially helpful since Thessaloniki was the start of our 17-day trip (via car) throughout Greece.   We enjoyed staying at the holiday village, apartments are spacious, clean and well-equipped, air-conditioning, roomy kitchen, bathroom equipment is in decent condition. Apartments have lawns, which are is separated form the surrounding area, it makes you feel comfortable and there is enough space for children to play. During the stay we had some prob - Staff is super friendly. Cleaning crowd is excellent and friendly. Restaurant offers a good choice and has a nice atmosphere. The beach is laid back and relaxed. The bungalows are wellnplaced and offer privacy.

  The hotel is situated by the private beach and is perfect for relaxing. Our room looked over the sea which was peacefull and lovely. The room is quite simple but clean. - Magnificent location. Beautiful, naturally decorated site, full of flowers and plants. Friendly personnel. Suitable for people who enjoy nature, peace and solitude.

  Location: a couple blocks from the center of town. Staff: 'George' and Christina were simple awesome. George, the manager, has great English (I speak only a little Greek) and was very helpful.   The hotel was great and the team -- both management and front-line staffers – with emotional intelligence were there present. The staff quietly made us feel comfortable and important. But it happens in the - Very good and nicely designed hotel with many interesting details. Good and free spa center that requires appointment. Amazing food - fusion cuisine. 100 m close to the sea, but the beach is not superb though very decent. Thera are couple of fireplaces in the lobby and the feeling was magic. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, no problem to park and I really injoyed winter spa wekend in this hotel. Outside of the hotel with sweeming pools is also nice but not interesting in this time of the year.   Fantastic staff and complimentary breakfast was great offering such a variety. Pool was awesome and the surrounding garden and hotel was superb as walking around the area of the resort there weren't many others to compare. The walk to the beach was enjoyable as the location was accessible to restaurants & shops. - I really liked the pool side, it was very relaxing being there. For the first time I actually felt like I want to spent more time at the pool rather than the beach side. The breakfast was also very nice, there was enough of choices every day and the quality of the food was good. Also the balcony was very pleasant for a late chit chats and afternoon coffee. Overall great experience.

  We stayed for one night only, in our way back from the holiday. We were impressed about the hotel, in a good way: huge room, large bathroom, new furniture, very clean and beautiful terrace to the pool and garden. The staff was very polite and helpful. We didn't enjoy the breakfast, since we left the hotel at the sunrise.
