Excellent position on the harbour. The breakfast and the dinner on the beach were amazing. I'd recommend Avra Hotel to everyone who wants relax and to enjoy beautiful beaches, especially to people who leave for romantc journey. I also recommend to have dinner at the restaurant just at the corner with the hotel. You'll taste delicious food.

This is a very beautiful and pleasant family-owned hotel. The garden and the surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing. The owners greeted us like their own children. We had some home-made Cornelian cherry liqueur, fresh eggs from hens up on the slopes of Mt. Olympus, home-mad jam. In short - we felt like being at our grandparents' house. This is a truely idyllic place with wonderful views and excellent service. If you think Greek food is uninspiring this hotel will make you change your mind. The breakfasts are a feast. I never normally leave a review for any hotel but the family was so welcoming and kind - I felt I must record our experience.
