We lived at hotel Akti Alkyon Beach in Agios Georgios, Corfu,from 24. aug.- 7.9. september this year, and we had a great holliday! We were well aware, that the hotel was a low-budget-hotel (oppostite to some of the critical writers here, who obviously expect the same standard as a 5 star hotel for the same price!! Why did'nt they pay for one then

Our room and bathroom were small, but very clean: New towels everyday, bedlining too.
AND we had a grat balcony with panorama view over The Ionic S -
Hotel's located best part of island, if you can get room which is sea view, sure you would love to wake up morning watching sea behind palm tree and hearing bird's sounds.. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Giorgia, thank you very much for all information about island and around. Cleaning is ok as all sea side hotels.

They were very nice and the room was very clean,they were changing the sheets and towels everyday,also cleaned all the room very good. The food was ok..not very good but not very bad either. Utterly professional staff, especially, the manager Marius - very open, friendly and caring. Very good fascillities - you will find there anything to feel comfortable and enjoy your time. Clean. Spacy rooms. Close to the beach and the main street with all the clubs and fun. It was my best holiday ever. Thank You Marius, Angie, Kastriot and Sonia!!

The staff are really friendly and help you however they can especially the hotel manager Marius. The pool and rooms are both clean and everything you should want when visiting a hotel for this price. The rooms are a good size and are comfy and clean. With all necessities. All in all it is the best hotel I have stayed in, in laganas and is very close to the strip a 3 minute walk at most.

excellent english breakfast w/ only 5.50e, big pool, spacious room w/ excellent noise isolation, friendly staff, immediate resolution to any complaints, nice bar area w/ pool table and darts, and a playground area for kids.
This is supposed to be a 2 star hotel, but i think with minor efforts it can easily turn in 3 stars. -

Pool is very large, clean and all rooms overlook the pool which is situated to the rear of the hotel in beautiful gardens unlike many other hotels and apartments in Sidari where a lot of pools are located along the roadside. The location was great. It had a wonderful pool and good beach access for those with no car. A good area for families with young children. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The lobby and pool area are nice. The bathroom had good water pressure but the screen on the window looked like it had never been cleaned

Excellent location. Shops, bars, pharmacy, car rental etc. all very close. Daily cleaning of the rooms. Children's pool. Hotel 5m from the sea with own access. Breakfast included in the package. Friendly staff in general. The hotel is much nicer than on the photos on letsbookhotel.com.
Pool very clean, enough sunbeds.

staff were the best and helpfull big hand for Alex and the bar crew. Good size pool ,clean and never to busy.The room, well apartment realy as there is a fridge and hot plate for cooking and plates etc if you feel like a snack, are a good size .The bathroom had good tiling floor to ceiling very cleen and always plenty of hot water.This is only 2 star but is as good as a 3 star place.Great price and location 100m from the beach good food in the bar 18hrs a day

Bathroom clean and modern. They clean every day. Good breakfast with many dishes and complete food always. Staff very friendly, willing to help with information.
