  The location of the hotel was splendid. From our big balcony we had a marvellous view on the bay of Karystos. The street along the hotel has no big traffic and we could enjoy a very quiet night’s rest even with the windows full open. The rooms are very spacious and clean and gave us the feeling, when we entered, to be at home. The breakfast area/... vad folk säger » dining room gave us the same feeling of space and there we enjoyed the marvellous breakfast of the Anastasia hotel. The personnel were very friendly a - Great location; right on sea front, with fantastic views. Owners / staff friendly and very helpful. Rooms were lovely with balconies overlooking the sea. Good to sit round the pool with a relaxing drink while the sun goes down. Hotel in easy reach of town centre/ seafront / town beach / harbour / restaurants We hope to return next year.

  We had a fantastic time in Evia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Xenia Residence in Pili. The residence itself was perfectly clean, spacious and had wonderful views. The staff were friendly too. It is true that Pili is a little isolated but it is a short drive from there to other nearby places of interest so this makes it an ideal place to stay ... vad folk säger » if you are looking for complete relaxation. If we are in the area again (which is probably as we live not so far away), we will definitely stop there! - we were 2 young couples with a baby. our room/flat was fully equipped and had 3 balconies with an excellent view of the sea. seeing the sunset from the room was amazing and relaxing. the stuff of the hotel were friendly and helpfull. loved it :)

  We are a family of four with a 4 and a 7 year old. The hotel was easy to find, excellent location to walk to the centre, easy parking and great value for money. We had a two bedroom suite and we only paid EUR55 which was superb. The rooms and bathroom were clean, modern and well insulated, with aircon and anything you need for a comfortable stay. ... vad folk säger » There were no bowls to have our breakfast but we used the pasta dishes and that was fine. Our sheets and towels were cleaned and changed, the family w - We had the studio at 2nd floor, but there is an elevator avaible. You can take the elevator directly from the "0" floor where is a covered parking. The hotel is fabulous, with clean rooms, clean kitchinette and bathroom. There is enouth space in the room and more on the balcony where you can relax or eat. The building has exelleny finishes with great taste regarding the dcorations.   The location of the hotel was excellent, since we could walk to the center of the town and it was only 100 meters far from the beach! I can describe it as a family hotel and the family-owners were very friendly and willing to help. They even gave us tips that helped us make the best out of our stay there!   Absolutely beautiful! Located just as described on a large plot of land with big garden right next to the beach. Well maintained, lovely garden, lot of facilities, amazing nature, peaceful. All you can hear is crickets and the sea. If you want a peaceful place by the sea this is perfect choice.

  The welcome from the owner, george was really nice, he gave us a map and explained the local area and where the best beaches were, nothing was too much trouble. Our room had the most amazing private balcony on the top floor with a view over the harbour.   The proprietress is a very kind woman who went out of her way to keep us happy. The home made baked goods at breakfast were wonderful and sitting in her courtyard was also very pleasant.   We went as couple with a 3 year old son. It's a fantastic hotel. Super clean. Very welcoming staff without being annoying. Great installations. Fantastic sea and mountain view. Great location on Eubeia near to very important greek archeological sites (Eretria) and just at 80 Km from Athens. It was given to us within a common space a large room with a couple's bed and a - Large suite of two rooms, huge balcony with wonderful view. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Very good place to use as a base for exploring Evia and Attica, 100 km from the airport (about 1 hour by car). Within 15 days we stayed here, we travelled around almost all Evia (except the northern end), three times were to Athens and even visited Meteora monasteries 320 km away. All in one-day trips, spending all nights in hotel. And of course, very nice blue-flagged beach (way too crowded at noon
