  We are a family of four with a 4 and a 7 year old. The hotel was easy to find, excellent location to walk to the centre, easy parking and great value for money. We had a two bedroom suite and we only paid EUR55 which was superb. The rooms and bathroom were clean, modern and well insulated, with aircon and anything you need for a comfortable stay. ... vad folk säger » There were no bowls to have our breakfast but we used the pasta dishes and that was fine. Our sheets and towels were cleaned and changed, the family w - We had the studio at 2nd floor, but there is an elevator avaible. You can take the elevator directly from the "0" floor where is a covered parking. The hotel is fabulous, with clean rooms, clean kitchinette and bathroom. There is enouth space in the room and more on the balcony where you can relax or eat. The building has exelleny finishes with great taste regarding the dcorations.   The location of the hotel was splendid. From our big balcony we had a marvellous view on the bay of Karystos. The street along the hotel has no big traffic and we could enjoy a very quiet night’s rest even with the windows full open. The rooms are very spacious and clean and gave us the feeling, when we entered, to be at home.   Owner/operator, who speaks English well, is priceless, and if I owned a hotel I would hire her immediately. The apartment was spotless and in new condition, being only 3-4 years old from when it was built. Free parking almost at the front door was a great benefit. After 2 weeks and 5 other hotels so far in Greece, Hotel Viana is # 1 and a great value. - A modern hotel, fine rooms, very well equipped. Strong wi-fi signal. Friendly staff, very nice landlady who speaks excellent english. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, there's a supermarket nearby and a taverna with great greek food.

Great location on Eubeia near to very important greek archeological sites (Eretria) and just at 80 Km from Athens. Within 15 days we stayed here, we travelled around almost all Evia (except the northern end), three times were to Athens and even visited Meteora monasteries 320 km away.
