Ett hotell som verkligen sticker ut! Designen på rummen utöver det vanliga. Familjen som driver hotellet är underbara och man får all hjälp man behöver. Har rest runt många år i Grekiska övärlden och det här är en absolut 10 poängare. Poolen är en riktig höjdare med den vackra utsikten över Maltezanabukten. -

Great simply design with lovely details and good taste (we are ourselves architects and it is very important to us). Great view over the sea both from the sea and rooms, next to the best place to swim (Plakes). Helpful staff and friendly owners, amazing location/view, some of the best beaches on the island are within walking distance but even if you don't feel like leaving they have an excellent pool with a bar. The design of the rooms is a very pleasant mixture of traditional Dodecanese island and modern architecture and they are very well equipped and clean, with eco-friendly options. Recommended!

The residence is located in a peaceful position, ideal for relax.
The studios are clean and very confortable. The staff is friendly and very very kind. In the residence is possible to rent bycicle at no charge. I advise this structure to everyone who spent holidays in Karpathos and want to find tranquility.

A quiet, located closely to sea-side appartments hotel. At the same time, it is easy to get by public transport. The swimming pool and the garden are well-kept and faultless. The stuff is friendly and hard-working. Studios are clean and spacious. All their facilities are well-planed. We enjoyed everything while staying. -

All have been excellent! The owners were very kind and friendly. Spacious, confortable and clean rooms in a very quite place, with a lonely and romanthic beach just in front the hotel and a small village aside, to make a short walk. Very close to the airport. The restaurant offers a very good food and very nice service. We'll repeat! -

7Palms is very good place for stay for an young couple. The stuff is friendly and helpful in everything you need (ex. order a taxi, rent a car, help with the Rhodes map, etc). Their English is fluent! Cleaning services in the rooms - every day. Good conection with the internet. Good equipment in the kitchen's facilities. Perfect!

of four nights). The wrap-around balconies are nice, even though the
facing street can be rather loud with traffic. The staff are very
friendly and helpful regarding directions and how to get to sites and
beaches on other parts of the island. A very close grocery store made it

I stayed in Alia during my visit in Rhodes this october, the room i had was spacious on the second floor soundproof with a sattelite tv. The a la carte brekfast in the morning was delicious and freshly prepared for me. All the areas were spotless and the bar staff was so friendly. The room was cleaned every day like i was staying in a 5 star hotel

Comfortable room with sufficient kitchen amenities and cosy private balcony.
The poolside bar and restaurant was very good, including Saturday night live music show and "eat as you can" BBQ on Sunday night for EUR7.50!

We found ourselves in Rhodes for business so we wanted something outside town.
Lyristis was ideal, as we read nice comments and it was cheap as it was out of season.
Perfect room, as needed with sat Tv, safebox, big balcony for having breakfast and dinner out.
We stayed only 2 nights, although they clean up the room in the morning and change towel

There is free wi-fi, nice pool, air-conditioning, minimarket on the spot, small kitchen spaces (so you can make breakfast easily).
The localization of the hotel is perfect: it is 5 minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants/shops but at the same time far enough from the noise coming from many night clubs. There is silence for sleeping :)
