  This hotel have a good service quality. The cleanness of the rooms are at the standart levels. By the way, the breakfast is superb and it has a varried assortment.   We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. The owner Felipe and his wife Anna give you the feeling that you're welcome. The building is more then 20 years old but looks like new and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. There are a lot of people they're coming back, year after year because price - Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach.   Greeting with welcome drinks at the reception was very nice. Free Spa and minibar offer were also kind. We had boiler, coffee, tea, water, fruit juice and one big bottle of wine in minibar and all those were free. The rooms were really big, clean and comfortable. The scene from the balcony was amazing. The hotel was really a lux - We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude. E.g. one day we had no hot water in the afternoon, because part of the water heating installation had not been put on. As it took 3 hours to solve this, we w

  Without a doubt, it's the best hotel in Patmos. We had a long weekend there and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We were pampered without any pressure from the moment we entered, till the last minute we left. Perfect choice for couples, as well as families.   Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived till end of our stay. The hotel personnel is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are to very high standards. Everything is brain new, made with good taste and of good quality. Restaurant is of high level. Food was great as well as choice of wines. It is deffinitely one of biggest nice surprises we had in recent years. - Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant and bar offers food and drinks of excellent quality (not really expencive). We stayed in two rooms, first in juniour suite, then in superior junior suite (it was present to our honeymoon). Both rooms had private pools and a great view. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

  Well equipped. Breakfast good. Nice Pool. Nice view from our room. It was very windy the days we were there, so we did not go to the beach. But you only needed to cross the road. All family used the gym. Perfect for some days before we went out for island jumping. They were so helpful, friendly , organised & made our stay a much happier & relaxed one as we had a few travel issues. Our Ferry was cancelled two days in a row to Turkey & they just helped with every aspect of our issues.
