  Perfect Little hotel! simple rooms but all we needed. We were 3 families with Children (between 7 and 15) who stayed for 3 nights. Situated right at the beach wirh a Lovely restaurant right on the beach. Very serviceminded and nice staff. Can recomenned this warmly! We will go back! - This was our second stay at Livadia and it was just as good as... vad folk säger » the first. The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly. It is great value for money. Room 103 is fantastic!

  The hotel is conveniently located right opposite to a bus stop (bus stop name same as hotel name). The hotel has an outdoor tavern (reasonably priced) which was very helpful as we arrived late and tired. Room is very quiet and comfortable (with good air-conditioning) with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the Aegean Sea in the distance.... vad folk säger » Hairdryer and safe are provided. Helpful and efficient staff. Good breakfast (more than continental)! - I had booked a room for 2 but my friend changed plans at the last meeting. Anemomilos was very accommodating at adjusting my room rate even though it was too late to make the change through letsbookhotel.com. The complimentary breakfast was very good and plentiful. Facilities were also very clean.
