  We liked it very much. The Management wanted to make sure we were happy and we were upgraded to a larger studio. Alas, the reopening of our studio that had just been refurbished led to petty problems. But the management was committed and in a short while, everything (hot water, or electricity in the bathroom) was fixed. The manager lent me his notebook connected - I really love my stay at this hotel and I was so sorry to leave. It is a very beautful hotel in a fantastic location. The views from our rooms were such a delight to wake up to and my friends had to drag me away from my tea on the beautiful terrace every morning. I thought both swimming pools were excellent and the beach was just at the end of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were such lovely friendly people - we were all very sad to be leaving them too.

  The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They are at hand as soon as you need them but never bother and you enjoy your stay at the way you want. The opportunity to have the meals in the outside area with palm trees is excellent. The clean sea is very close with a well-equipped sandy beach. Generally, it's a great stay and a good value for money. The breakfast was good and the people that run the hotel are most friendly and warm. I would strongly recommend it for someone that wants a budget-friendly hotel with an easy access for visiting any place in Crete.
