The hotel was in an amazing location set in a cove, the exterior of the hotel blended into the natural cove scene which was great.
The staff were great very attentive and the pool/ beach was not crowded just right. -
Spacious, private, luxury in a wonderful setting with superb facilitites and excellent staff and high standard of food and wine

everything was amazing - we went into our honeymoon and they greeted us with lots of great surprizes; the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the location breathtaking, serene - all in all, we have absolutely no complaints and we came back fully refreshed and delighted! thank you for the amazing vacation! -

It was the second time that I stayed in this wonderful hotel, and, again, I felt very happy there. This time a shared a bungalow-style 'house' (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, terrace and good-sized private pool) right by the sea and it was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. All the staff are very professional, efficient and anticipate your every need. The restaurants have a perfect choice of excellent food and first class service. Christopher, the maitre d'hotel, runs the restaurants with an eye for every detail – all the time. The hotel is close enough to Agios Nikolaos to get there for an evening out, in five minutes, yet far enough away to be far from the madding crowd.

I liked everything. A small well run hotel. Lovely room with comfortable bed, slept better than I do at home, the situation is so quiet. Comfortable clean room with lovely decoration, cool colors and relaxing atmosphere. Pool area very beautiful with shady areas in the gardens . Views are the highlight. full panoramic views of the whole coast line and sea. 5 minutes walk to long clean beach withe free umbrellas and beds at fish taverna. Breakfast delicious and fresh . Family run hotel which makes you feel part of the family too .lovely people , real Greece !

Everything was just wonderful, Imperial is really a bit better than Royal.
Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and public areas are clean and nice-looking.
Good mini zoo, especially the donkeys.

Great hotel for families with young children.We enjoyed the pools,the activities for children (although the staff entertaining them didn't speak any greek) .and the food,especially at the Greek and Italian restaurant.We didn't have to leave the hotel at all.

I have visited Chania many times, either for vacation or business travel, but it was the first time that I stayed in Theo.
It's location is excellent with a wonderfull view and the hotel is modern, clean, and fresh.

Last but -
We stayed at Theo hotel for a week, the room was clean, not too big, but anyway we didn't spend too much time in there. Breakfast was good, a lot of things to choose from, however almost every day the same. The staff were really friendly, we had dinner twice in the hotel's restaurant, and looked that everyone after their meal received a special Greek spirit, which was a really nice gesture. The Hotel is on a hill, so the view from the restaurant is very nice.
