  The location is beautiful, grounds are well-kept, kids loved the pools, buffet was fabulous. This was our first "resort" and we did half-board, which worked great. We stayed one night to shorten the early morning drive from Chiana to Herklion (9:45am ferry to Santorini). It was perfect for one night, and they gave us an early breakfast too.

  The stuff was very nice! They always helped us no matter what we asked. The pool suite was very nice. The location was nice too. 7 minutes walk from star beach and 10-15 minutes from the center.

  Without a doubt, the staff. We really enjoyed the time we spent at Amazones due to the warmth of Dejan and Dmitri who looked after us. The guests who stay there are lovely and there was a real family feel. - Excellent location, quiet area with breathtaking view to the sea! Most friendly staff, felt very comfortable. I read a few negative reviews regarding the resort's rocky beach, but we found the rocks no hinderance and enjoyed it all the same.
