We chose to stay at Phidias Piraeus because we needed a hotel close to
the port seeing we were taking a ferry at 7:25 am. Well they were
wonderful! First, we got there early from our other location and we
needed to get our rental car back to downtown Athens. They had no
problem in letting us leave our luggage there while we took our car

This is an excellent hotel. It has been recently refurbished, so both our room and the public areas were clean and modern. The friendly staff were courteous and very efficient at their jobs. We were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and given advice about local restaurants and shops. The hotel is located in a nice safe part of Piraeus, near the marina, shops and many restaurants. Det låg bra till, cntralt med lungt läge - Great facilities for the price, great location, and friendly staff! I was thankful for the air conditioner, cable tv, and great breakfast! - It was close to the train station, clean, had what I needed. Very friendly staff. The owner of the hotel gave me a map and told which places worth visiting. Also he provided a lot of helpful information about the city. The rooms are relatively small but cozy. They were cleaned once a day. The towels were also changed on a daily basis. I was very pleased to find 2 teeth brushes and tooth paste in a bathroom. Air Condition system worked properly. Breakfast was good and substantial. Location is very convenient. It takes 20 min from the hotel to Acropolis

Very close to rafina port, which is especially convenient if you are taking a ferry from here. Pool overlooking the water is nice. Sizeable room with large bathroom. The owner and his wife could not have been more hospitable. When our travel plans went awry, they even helped us search for new flights and new means of transportation. We are forever

We stayed in Cabo Verde in Sept. 2013 in transit between a boat in Rafina and our flight the next day.
We especially appreciated the great kindness of the staff : advise on the area and helpful for the camera we forgot.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 but we could have some of it earlier.
The room was not so large but well equiped : TV, Balcony, Air Con'd, Mosquito repellent and a comfortable bathroom.

Athinais Hotel is perfect. Great location in a nice area. The room and bathroom are very clean. Some rooms have a balcony, some others have a nice view on Licavitos.The staff is friendly. Breakfast starts at 6.30, that is usefull if you have to travel early. Free wi fi in the room. We often stay in Athinais Hotel and we recommend it. -

Only a few mins walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Rooms on the front of the hotel have Acropolis view. About 10 mins walk to the old-town area of Plaka. Nice swimming pool. The owner and his wife where very friendly, I felt like home. The room was clean and remodeled with a fridge, tv, air coditionair and wifii. The location was excelent in the town and across the beach. The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home.
I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.
