  I liked the great location of this hotel just across the ferry port. Also the staff is friendly, helpful and some of them can speak Turkish in addition to their excellent English.   This hotel has a marvellous view over the harbour from the dining room, and although our room was at the back it was overlooking Ermou Street which was most interesting and probably quieter.   Mostly the staff of the hotel the receptionests were very pleasant and friendly, so were the bar staff , the management , and the cleaning staff all in all it was a very pleasant exprience - staff is great,excellence, great breakfast,an excellent choice, would choose the great for your travels.
