Nice, well equipped apartment. The owner is very friendly, it was warm welcome. The location is good, just 25 min. to Rethimno by car. Plakias is 3 min. far. Many places to have an excursion and many beaches can be found in the close area. -

The hotel overbooked our room meaning we had to stay in a smaller rooms with less facilities for the first 2ngts. However they were very apologetic, helpful and did whatever they could to make it up to us. We arrived at Chrisanthi nearly by chance in August 2012. We liked the place so much that we came back in 2013. Mirthios is a small village just over Plakias, but it is the ideal location for doing many things, from swimming in Souda, in Plakias and in the other many beautiful beaches, or trekking in the gorges (try Imbros Gorge: shorter than Sama

A nice smal hotel, very close to the beach....only a few steps to go. Tavernas and shops were to reach by walking very easy, too.
