  From the moment I arrived all staff were so nice and friendly. The apt was spotless and cleaned everyday. Apt kitchen had everything one would need. Accommodation is very close to supermarkets and bike rental is across the road. Great cycling paths either direction from apt block. The rooms are spotless and so is the pool area, it is so relaxing. We had a meal in the restaurant one night and could highly recommend it, the food and service were excellent.

  Well equipped. Breakfast good. Nice Pool. Nice view from our room. It was very windy the days we were there, so we did not go to the beach. But you only needed to cross the road. All family used the gym. Perfect for some days before we went out for island jumping. They were so helpful, friendly , organised & made our stay a much happier & relaxed one as we had a few travel issues. Our Ferry was cancelled two days in a row to Turkey & they just helped with every aspect of our issues.

  Apartments was clean and nice, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Bathrooms are old, but they are clean so we did not mind. Apartments was cleaned daily and towels were changed two times during one week. Pool, gardens and bar area are immaculate and very charming. The bar/pool area has toilets and showers available, so even after checking out on our last day we could enjoy the - our stay in kos was very good, diamond apartments was one good reason for that. the hotel is located in a peacfull quiet place, 15 minutes walk from the beach, close to bike/scooter rent, local food stores. beautifull pull and relaxing breeze while sitting on the balcony made our pleasent stay. the roud to the beach is full of restorants and small shops.the stuff was very profetional and friendly. everybody knows english very well, at the hotel and all over the island. i would highly recomend

  The hotel is budget friendly. Although not too much luxury is to be expected from the rooms and breakfast, the rooms are clean, and the hotel has all the necessary installations. The friendly and helpful hotel staff bend over backwards in order to accomodate their guests. They also run a great bar where you can have a good drink and a good time. The hotel has great facilities and people are very friendly. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Many of the guests have been returning for years which is a testament to the hospitality and atmosphere that staff provide. I thoroughly recommend this affordable Greek hotel and will certainly return to stay here again when in Kos!

  The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has a very well equipped kitchen. It is situated close to the beach - 5 min walk and close to the city centre/port aprox. 10 min walk. The towels and sheets are being changed every second day. The beds are done and the apartment is cleaned everyday, so you get the comfort of the apartment with hotel... vad folk säger » like service. There is a parking space dedicated for the guests. The pool and the bar next to it are very nice and good for some relax. The staff is - Nice clean apartments hotel with a good relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The Greek breakfast! (not included in price) Location is 5 min from Lambi beach and 15 min from Kos city center. Sunset restaurant just next door is very good. There's a big supermarket across the street.

  We can’t recommend these well-maintained, family-run apartments more highly. For anyone wanting simple, self-catering accommodation in a perfect spot to access the beach and all Kos Town has to offer, this is the place. After arriving on foot, hot and tired, we were greeted with bottles of chilled water and a choice of rooms. Kiria Nitsa and her family are very welcoming, kind and - This a great budget place to stay. The location is excellent and facilities are good. Rooms are clean etc. But best of all are the people who run it. This is part of a family home and you are really made to feel welcome and shown great kindness. I would positively recommend Nitsa to anyone. If we are in Kos again, accommodation will be easy to find: just go direct to Nitsa!

  This is an excellent deal. The studio has everything you need including a safe box for free and A/C for free as well. Internet works great and it is also free. The surroundings are very nice - pool, garden... The location is also good. The host is very friendly,sweet and helpful. I have been to Greece many times and Kos twice, and this is surely an excellent deal. - Perfect location: not in the middle of the city, not too close to the road, but the beach is good and lies in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartments. There are a lot of trees and blossoms around, and it feels quite private. If you feel lazy, you can use the swimming pool. Nice and helpful owner. Clean. Tavernas, beaches, bike /motor rentals are just 5 minutes away. Kos town is in 15-20 minutes walking distance.
