  Excellent see view , mostly not obstructed, very clean, close to both serf stations - 50 m to one and 150m to other (Vetratoria). Supermarket and reception (Castri Holidays) are right across the road. Wifi is weak, but it is OK to use it in reception zone.   It was wonderful time with family in Kos. So friendly helpfull owners- if you have any question, need recomendation about island, beach, taverna, car rental and etc- they help any time. It were so clean- change every 2 days towels and beds; so nice garden with flowers. The breakfast- it was awesome...different cakes- and sweet, and not with olives, feta and etc.. - The Kos Island Studios are immaculately mantained with beautiful gardens. There are 8 apartments and the business is family run. The owners cannot could not do enough for us during our stay. The breakfast is superb with a lot of variety to chose from each morning (bacon / village sausages / even home baked cakes).   The very affable and hospitable owners, excellent apartments, remarkable kitchen block with a complete set of necessary utensils, snow-white bed-clothes and dressing gownes. Hundred steps up to a beach, two hundred before hire of automobiles. It is a lot of taverns and restaurants on quay and on a beach, shops, windsurfing. All is simply wonderful... vad folk säger » . We had a rest here two times in succession, we hope to return here again. - Accommodation the 2 bed apartment is actually a fully-furnished bungalow with 2 bedrooms, very large lounge/dining/kitchen area. Large covered verandah with a view of fields and the sea. Cleaned and towels replaced regularly and frequently. The owners are charming and extremely helpful.

  Everything it has a quiet peaceful location a short walk from the seafront restaurants or shops.I would give Dionysia a resounding excellent the rooms are light and airy towels changed every other day sheets twice a week. The hotel is situated in a quiet place away from the main road, a 7-minute walk from the beach. There is a beautiful garden around the building. Nice apartments in traditional Greek style. Cleaning was carried out regularly, bed linen and towels were changed often. The apartment in the 1st floor have large terrace. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

  Family run hotel literally on the beach which is beautiful. Hotel taverna was lovely, served delicious food as did most of the tavernas which are within walking distance.   Fantastic place to stay for peace and quite. Dionysia and her family are so friendly and hospitable. Room is basic but has everything you need and owner will give you anything should you require.   A perfect example of the finest Greek hospitality - wine and watermelon on arrival, tips on the best spots to see and eat, day 3 we found a delicious home made dessert in the fridge!   Great apartments in one of the quietest location on the island and close to the best beaches. Friendly staff, perfect to relax. Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace facing the beach, I would recommend the restaurant.

  First we must say what a wonderful and happy time we had during our two week stay. Manolis greeted us at the airport and while other visitors were milling about trying to find tour reps, we were collected up and driven off in timely style. On arrival at Albatross, Alex greeted us and showed us to our room. The best parts of Albatross are the people and the pool fo - We stayed for a week in mid July 2013. The Albatross was recommended by friends and it didn't disappoint. The Greek hospitality was fantasic - especially from Alex who was there all hours of the day and night and kept us supplied with food and drinks whenever we asked. We would go back tomorrow - but will have to wait until next year before we can return. Book now - you won't be disappointed!

  i must admit, that i never write reviews, but ill do now! realy great value of money, we stayed here for 1 weak on our honeymoon. Got postcard with greatings, bottle of wine, nuts, some juice and even bear. i was really amazed! Strongly advice for everyone! - wonderfull experience. for the price we paid, we couldn't expect better. nice welcome presents, cleanings every two days, relaxing and comfortable place. it was nice to notice that some of the negative aspects pointed out by previous comments were improved: for example some comments complained about impossibility to darken the room, and this problem was brilliantly solved.
