Great hotel in a lovely location, we loved watching the sunset each night. We were treated brilliantly with little treats making all the difference: strawberries, chocolate and champagne being left complimentarily for us and the staff were brilliant, coming all the way down the stairs just to help us with things like our sun umbrella!

Astra Suites exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful romantic hotel with an amazing location and breath taking views. The staff were very friendly and generous. George, the manager , was extremely helpful and serviced us in the best way possible. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful Island.

Teh pool and the rooms are beutiful.
The view of Caldera is amazing, the best view on the whole island, better then in Fira (Imerviglion is at highest point on this side of the island).

Lovely room with beautiful views. Very helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were met at the airport and then taken to the port to catch our ferry to Crete. We've stayed in Agia Irini for 4 days in September 2013. What a wonderful experience! The place is very quite, clean, beautiful view on Aegean sea. Great pool!! The owners are extremely nice, trying to please you, made us feel like home. They take you once a day any time you want for free to Fira, way back you have to get a taxi which was not a big deal for us. I had to book 1 week in advance to go to Santorini during the high season and I found that almost all good available hotels were too expensive.
Agia Irini was a very good value-for-money option with a nice pool overlooking the Aegean and a very friendly hotel staff. Vangelis (and his family) gave us some very good suggestions for restaurants, clubs and beaches and they were always right. The hotel was in a very quiet location, close to both Oia and Fira by car.
