  Lovely room with beautiful views. Very helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were met at the airport and then taken to the port to catch our ferry to Crete. A really great place to stay. - Nearly everything was very well.   The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. The view is superb and you can see both sunrise and sunset on both sides of the hotel. The service of the staffs are second to none. The room had everything we needed, including a balcony with Caldera view! The pool was so nice, the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was so good, and the stuff were nice and kind. I truly recommend this hotel, and hope to come back there soon!!

  Incredible views, excellent and clean rooms, very supportive and helpful staff. The property sticks out of a promontory and overlooks the caldera of Santorini.   Perfect location, it is remote so no one will bother and at the same time you are close to tourist sights in the cities of Oia and Imerovigli. (You can walk there and enjoy the views, takes 50-60 minutes both directions) The view is stunning, only hotels in Imerovigli have the same caldera view but it is less private. There was a slight problem in the room we booked that needed a nights work, he personally came to pick us up from the airport, explained the situation and arranged for that night stay at another beautiful hotel.   Is there anything that you didn't like??! In every corner of the hotel you will go, you won't find anything which won't like you.. The way they have decorated their rooms is wonderful!!   Everything. I had booked into Regina Mare, however it was winding up for end of season so they put me in Avaton Resort, their sister hotel in Imerovigli. The staff were the loveliest people you will encounter in a hotel anywhere! And I've stayed in a lot of hotels. Breakfast was excellent - the best I've had anywhere (and the juice is real). The spa is of a very high standard and the - The view was spectacular and the staff was very friendly.   Starting from the beginning we were upgraded for an amazing suit for 2 night- which was awesome- with its own swimming pool inside! It was a nice gift! The hotel itself is just beautiful! with an amazing view and beautiful sunsets- not worse than in Oia! I have stayed in different type of rooms all beautifully decorated with balconies on the caldera. The staff is very helpful and friendly and always around to meet all your needs. Great pools with sun beds, a bar where you can drink and eat very delicious food (you must try 'ntomatokeftedes' with the splendid view it means that you can stay all day long and do not move at all.

We were treated brilliantly with little treats making all the difference: strawberries, chocolate and champagne being left complimentarily for us and the staff were brilliant, coming all the way down the stairs just to help us with things like our sun umbrella!
