  Lovely room with beautiful views. Very helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were met at the airport and then taken to the port to catch our ferry to Crete. A really great place to stay. - Nearly everything was very well.   Our stay at the Tholos Resort was as close to being treated like royalty as I believe I will ever get. The staff was efficient beyond belief and quite friendly and happy. They worked as though there positions at Tholos were the only reason to live.   The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. The view is superb and you can see both sunrise and sunset on both sides of the hotel. The service of the staffs are second to none. The room had everything we needed, including a balcony with Caldera view! The pool was so nice, the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was so good, and the stuff were nice and kind. I truly recommend this hotel, and hope to come back there soon!!

  Perfect location, it is remote so no one will bother and at the same time you are close to tourist sights in the cities of Oia and Imerovigli. There was a slight problem in the room we booked that needed a nights work, he personally came to pick us up from the airport, explained the situation and arranged for that night stay at another beautiful hotel.   Is there anything that you didn't like??! In every corner of the hotel you will go, you won't find anything which won't like you.. The way they have decorated their rooms is wonderful!! The staff as already wrote is the best i have ever seen.. And also the facilities they provide could not be better!!!! I have stayed in different type of rooms all beautifully decorated with balconies on the caldera. The staff is very helpful and friendly and always around to meet all your needs. Great pools with sun beds, a bar where you can drink and eat very delicious food (you must try 'ntomatokeftedes' with the splendid view it means that you can stay all day long and do not move at all.
