  Nice resort, very comfortable with children, many different pools, beaches, playgrounds, activities for kids. Friendly staff, nice gardens. Water park next to the resort was good. - I liked the all inclusive and food and drinks were lovely. Plenty of pools to choose from and loads of water slides to slide on all day long!

  Everything was just wonderful, Imperial is really a bit better than Royal. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and public areas are clean and nice-looking. Good mini zoo, especially the donkeys. Anyway, if you have an opportunity, you shall rent a car (free parking is available, rental services are both in the hotel and anywhere in the town, eve... vad folk säger » n just outside of the hotel) and drive around the island. - Great hotel for families with young children.We enjoyed the pools,the activities for children (although the staff entertaining them didn't speak any greek) .and the food,especially at the Greek and Italian restaurant.We didn't have to leave the hotel at all.

  Without a doubt, the staff. We really enjoyed the time we spent at Amazones due to the warmth of Dejan and Dmitri who looked after us. The guests who stay there are lovely and there was a real family feel. - Excellent location, quiet area with breathtaking view to the sea! Most friendly staff, felt very comfortable.   The hotel is an ideal spot for people who like busy places but want to sleep in peace and quiet. It’s a few steps from the busiest street I have seen in Crete. The beach is near, but quite narrow and full of bars a restaurants and sun beds. If you want a nice and emptier beach, you must walk much further or use a car, e.g. to Malia beach. .
