  Its all about the view so as you arrive and go thru the picture frame entrance its a wow feeling:) reception staff fabulous , friendly, helpful Great feel as Kavalari is built into the cliff. Amazing sitting on balcony it terrace at any time watching the view or lustening to the stillness or the donkey bells or the church bells. Lots if steps ever... vad folk säger » ywhere but that us Santorini and bit if fitness does us all good:) good continental bfast on the terrace and many cafes and restaurants immediate vici - Hotel had an amazing location right on the caldera, which is a must for Santorini. Just not worth the experience without it. People pay big money to eat at restaurants to get the same view you have from your hotel. Great staff that were nice and spoke English. Excellent continental breakfast. Reasonable price. Right in the mix of things near the golden road. They had air conditioning.

  after a 4 week trip travelling around Europe one of our stops was Santorini for 4 days. we chose Iriana apartments from the few but good trip advisor reviews. we are so glad we did. from the very first moment we arrived they made us feel so welcome and part of the family. The staff was so friendly. Marios went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He helped us book ATVs and they were delivered to us! The location is right in the middle of everything. It is only a few blocks from the bus station, which is convenient. We used the ATVs to visit most of the areas on the island, but we did take the bus to the open air cinema in Kalmari (a must).   My husband and I spent 6 nigths at this hotel and we liked everything. Location is very convenient, near to Fira ( 5 minutes walking) but not too close to be noisy, in fact, the surroundings of the hotel were quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious and very clean. Superb relation value for money: great hotel at a very good price. But what we like - Villa Koronios is a wonderful place. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the amassing views of the Santorini caldera from Fira but in a quiet and relaxing place with a beautiful view of the sea toward the East. In my opinion, it cannot go better. The location is 5 min to the central bus station in Fira where all buses can take in any place on the island and 5 min to the grocery store.   Great atmosphere, it had nice private rooms with air conditioning to camping grounds. Great pool and bar with lovely staff, shop, restaurant all part of the grounds and right in the centre of Fira... Fantastic - i like the rooms they r new with everything you need inside,the pool was great,the pool bar,the staff there! very close to the city also... vad folk säger » ,wish i had stayed longer.. the food also is the best!!!!

  Anemomilos hotel is a very convenient hotel. The room that I stayed at actually included two bedrooms, and a big living room with a kitchen. The toilet also had a jacuzzi in it. Also, because we got the basement apartment we had a big terrace where our friends could meet. But we skipped that and just met all the time by the pool! There are a couple of su - - Stavros and his wife were phenomenal! They were very kind and attentitive, picked us up and dropped us off when we arrived and left, and went out of their way to be helpful. - The room was clean, well-equipped and decorated and had everything we needed at an incredibly good price - including a balcony with a view over the ocean! -The people in Fira in general were the loveliest we have come across in our travels through more than 30 countries!   The staff members are very courteous and hospitable. Mario in particular works hard to make sure that guests settle in well and that we have info about where and how to go places including good reasonable places for dinner. Although we missed the pick up at the port (for some reason we were not informed of this), on arrival we got free frappé(greek iced coffee) and homemade wine (which is really good), the owner (sorry i can remember how to spell his name) even sent us to the airport for free at the end.   This place exceeded our expectations 2nd to none , was so impress how the owner play there role in making our holiday in Santorini a memorable one. The hotel is lovely so close to the place we want to go but not too close to the noisy tourist. I would like to express our thanks to the owner who is very friendly accommodating in every ways they are always there to help. W - Caterine the host is amazing, treated us as a member of her family and helped us with everything, specially with the changes made on last minute with our ferry because of weather conditions. She and her husband run with us to catch the ferry to Athens on time. Really appreciated it, I will not get it sorted without your help. We had a great and pleasure stay there, the apartment was great, comfortable bed, hot shower, wi-fi, and an delicious, fresh and full breakfast! Amazing!!! It's a bit hard

  A fantastic hotel runs by a fantastic family. We were there for 4 nights with 3 teenagers. The children slept in an apartment-loft while my husband and I were in the windmill: very romantic and lovely. The pool area is wonderful, with nice sunbeds. A little walk to Fira centrum (15 mn) uphills... sweaty in the middle of the day but nice at night.... vad folk säger » With a car or a ATV, it is easy to reach Oia (north) or Perivolos (south). From the pool area, turn around an be charmed by the beautiful view over F - The staff is wonderful and do all they can to accomodate their guests. They arranged for a rental car at a good price. The hotel is quite nice, quiet and very well kept. It has a beautiful pool area. The room was rather large and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast is good and has a good number of choices. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from downtown Fira. The road is not heavily travelled by motorists but is a bit dark so preferable to bring a flashligh
